What Causes Pain In Testicles Along With Abdominal Pain?
I m having testicular pain, its been going on for almost a month now. I ve had an urine sample and ultra sound and it was all normal. The pain is not overly intense but worse while sitting (which I do at a desk all day) - It started out being just on my right testicle but has shifted over today to the left side...its coupled with abdominal pain and sometimes down my leg. Its not constant but intermittent. Currently, I m waiting see the urologist. What could this be? Could it be testicular torsion or epididymitis? I m married and haven t had any other sex partners in 10 years.
Hello dear Understand your concern. I think it is due to epididmytis or orchitis as it is since last one month. Torsion is acute condition and cause swelling and redness of testis: You should consult the surgeon and do following test for diagnosis Blood: CBC, ESR, PSA, Glucose, Urine: Routine and microscopic examination, STD screening, USG of scrotum and abdomen. Advice for you: Tablet ibupufen 500 mg two times a day, Tablet Cefuroxime 400 mg two times a day, Avoid sex and heavy weight lifting, Wear supporting device that support the scrotum, Wear loose under garments, Warm bath
Hope this may help you Best regards dr. Sagar
