What Causes Pain In Testicles Of A Child?
My 9 year old nephew has had pain in his testicles the dr said it was water either in or on the testicles I am not sure because when his dad was explain it to us he said on but when i looked it up for him the term used was in . are they the same thing ? and what is the treatment and are there any long term effects ?

I really appreciate your concern, looking to the history given here, possibility of hydrocele need to be ruled out and this is hydrocele then this can be cured with medical treatment or on its own if not then this may some time need surgical treatment, hope this information helps, take care.
