What could it be? ...Hi there I have a history with bad uti s, this is the fourth time I m catching it now. It annoys me when I go to the bathroom, it s really painful.
Urinary infection can cause local irritation in the outside genital area as it is happening with you and also problems with abdominal pains and the rest of the symptoms you are experiencing. You will need to take a lot of fluids to help wash the urinary system and help with infection and the symptoms and meanwhile make sure you do see your doctor soon to have a urinalysis and urine culture.
It might be good to rule out sexually transmitted diseases as well and have a gynecological exam with possibly samples taken for chlamydia and gonorrhea.
I hope I have answered to your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards, Antoneta Zotaj, General & Family Physician
