What Causes Pain In The Abdomen And Groin With Itchy Rashes On The Upper Arms?

My husband is having pain in his stomach and groin. He also has a very ichey rash on his upper arms and chest. He has had difficulty in the past with frequent Urination. He is having extreme fatigue. he appears to be dehydrated though he is drinking water

Hello, Itchy rash could be due to some allergy either due to a chemical or insect bite etc. Frequent urination and abdominal pain may be due to urinary tract infection, plus it is possible that he has undiagnosed diabetes, which is causing excess urination and and extreme fatigue. So please get his fasting , PP blood glucose and HbA1c% checked. Thanks.
