Hello and welcome
Healthcaremagic.com.

As you said you had abdominal pain associated with testicular pain. Abdominal pain hardly radiate to testis but testicular pain offer radiates to abdomen.

You don't need to worry too much but if it was missed by the doctor during examination you need to consult a Urologist for further evaluation.

Second thing press your testicle if you feel Jeri like sensation it is normal if you don't feel any sensation then you must visit a doctor immediately. Also wear tight underwear.

During mean time take DOXICYCLINE 100mg twice daily with full glass of water for 5days.

You must visit a doc in my opion for further evaluation. Hope you will find my answer helpful and don't hesitate to write us.

Regards
Dr Muzaffar.
