What Causes Pain In The Abdomen On The Right Side?
Hi, I ve had some pain in my stomach and right side throughout lastnight and today. I haven t eaten today, though I ve had coffee and some Coca Cola.. I just vomited a small amount liquid, with a lot of dark brown stringy bits in it.. It doesn t look like coffee ground vomit to me, could that be the syrup in the coke?

Yes can be possibility....I would advise you to take GI rest...don't take coke...rather take antaacid containing pai management ingredient...for right sided pain take Usg first
