What Causes Pain In The Abdomen On The Right Side?

I have pain in my right side abdomen, I do not have a good urinary stream, I have dribbling, I have a very dark colored urine. I have had a doctors appointment, about back and lower right side pain. I have had a resent colonoscopy. Two polups were sent in for testing. My Doctor asked about my appendix. I have My appendix. The pain is not low enough. Help?
