What Causes Pain In The Abdomen Radiating To The Back After Abdominal Myomectomy?

I had abdominal myomectomy 4weeks today,everything is going on well,until this morning I started having severe pain on the right side of my abdomen which radiate to the back,feeling like first week of surgery walking is painful,do I need to go to doctor for check,I had one check week ago.
