What Causes Pain In The Abdomen?

My stomach is painful to the touch and this has been true for a few months. I am a recent breast cancer survivor and my tumor markers were recently checked (not related to this symptom) and they are not elevated. I have no other internal symptoms or digestion problems at this time.

Hi, thanks for using Healthcare Magic.

How is your condition right now? We apologize for our delay in answering your consultation. We are very glad that you are entrusting our consulting services to help solve your health problems.
Before answering your question, I need to know few things:
Where is the abdominal pain felt? How long has the complaint been felt?
What is the nature of the pain? Is it sharp, dull, throbbing?
What triggers pain?
Is there a bowel complaint or urination?
Are there other complaints?

Indeed, to find out a condition underlying your complaint there is a need for a thorough examination, including a medical interview to find out previous medical history and estimate the possible triggers and causes of your complaint. In addition, a detailed physical examination is required to examine the abdomen. Additional tests such as abdominal ultrasound may also be necessary to know the condition of the inside of the stomach. Blood tests are also needed to determine if there is infection or inflammation in the abdominal cavity.

When this complaint bothering you, we suggest that you visit a surgeon for a more thorough examination.

That the information we can convey about causes of stomach pain.
Hope this helps.
