What Causes Pain In The Abdomen,nausea And Vomiting After Taking Food In A Kid?
my daughter is 3.5 yrs old .she has been having abd pain since 2 weeks now . every time she eats she feels nauseated and tries to throw it out . her appetite has gone down significantly ,c/o abd pain after any food item , initially had low grade fever now settled . usg abd - normal stool-r ,urine-r -n , urine c/s no growth . should i give her lanzol thinking it to be a case of gastritis
