What Causes Pain In The Abdominal Area Radiating Towards The Back And Having White Cells In Urine?

I am having pain in my adomonial area radiating to my back at first I thought it was a kidney infection dr said white cells present in urine but not a lot took keflex for 2days pain got worse went back to my dr she sent me to a & e where bloods taken came back normal and not appendix as dr thought I saw a gyne dr who did examination and took swabs won't know results yet they are calling my back for ultra sound within 2 weeks. They said it could be cysts on ovaries also Advised I continued with medication of augmentin pain is still ther but not as bad but still present at the same time I am taking nurofen and panadol also for the pain. I'm still no wiser to what pain is.
