What Causes Pain In The Abdominal Sides After Taking Methylprednisolone?

I recently took a 7 day 4mg dosepak of methylprednisolone. I took the last pill on sunday and have had pain that comes and goes in my side along with trouble having a bowel movemnet since the last dose that i had to take on sunday. could this issue be cause from this medication?
