What Causes Pain In The Ankle?
i sprained my ankle 15 years ago and , I just started Doxazosin for BP, now I have ankle pain in the one I sprained..............? My Dr. said its not the Doxazosin, so I stopped it for 3 days and all pain stopped. I just started it today and my ankle pain is back, I now walk with a cane, What do you think I should do ? I,m 68

Thank you for your quiery, sprain once happen after modern treatment some ayurvedic treatment also you should do ...pain in sprain area is so irritable .. that time itslef you should take our medicines and do some external oil application ...now my opinion is to take mustadi marma kasayam,gandha taila cap ,apply externally with murivenna and marma gulika ..use ankle bandage also for support while walking...thankyou
