What Causes Pain In The Ankles And Feet?

Hi there, I am a healthy 40 year old female. I had surgery on my right ankle for a lesion back in 2008. I always have ankle and foot pain and sometimes they hurt so bad that its painful to walk. my right ankle for last 3 day is a feeling in the back and sides of my heal and feels like something is going to snap. if I put all my weight on it I almost fall from losing balance and from pain.....

hello, you are suffering from ankle pain. you should go for an X-ray calcaneum to rule out any abnormality or any growth or any fracture. it can also be tenosynovitis, you can apply some heat over the region and take some pain killers. silly crepe bandage while walking
