What Causes Pain In The Anus After Intercourse?

I am homosexual and I always practice anal sex as passive and I never had problems. 2 months ago I began to have pains in the anus after anal sex, it made blood. After bathing, and putting on anti-inflammatory ointments I stopped having problems. I do not have blood or pain when I m defecating. But now when I have anal sex, I get pain in the sphincter at the entrance of the anus, and I have pain when I stick my finger. I ve been to 2 doctors, analyzed and found nothing, no hemorrhoids or fissures to the point of bleeding. You can help me on this.

You are passive homosexual. After anal sex there may be abrasion, which cause the bleeding and pain. So don't worry about this.
