What Causes Pain In The Anus During Bowel Movements?

Hai Greetings of the day! Am having pain on the anal opening during motion sometimes. And getting stool after eating food within 10min,getting pasty and semi solid stool.recently I observed one small spot on left side of my stomach which is formed internally while pressing it gets pain it is not visible externally.getting stool daily min.2-3 times ,what is the problem and how to rectify it ? please suggest me.

it can be proctitis piles fissure or fistula. requires to be examined by surgeon. take sitz bath apply proctosedyl ointment per an um. take cremaffin at bed time. have bland diet. definite treatment after diagnosis.
