Two days ago I was sitting in my desk chair and my Anus started to hurt really bad. The longer I sat, the worse the pain became. It got to a point where I was sweating that it hurt so bad. Then I laid down to see if that would help. It seemed to relieve some pressure but the pain persisted. I slept, seemed to be better when I awoke. Then became worse again as the day progressed and even more when seated. I thought it may be a hemmoroid and bought some preparation h ointment. It did not seem to help. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
I understand your problem. You have problem of pain around anus that may be because of hemorroid problem. There are two type of hemorroid internal and external hemorroid. External hemorroid protrude around anus region. Internal hemorroids inside present. Anorectal examination give exact idea. Consent a physician for further diagnosis.
For hemorroid treatment you have to modify your diet and lifestyle. Avoid spicy foods and alcohol drinking. Avoid excessive straining at toilet. Drink more water per day.. Topical anti inflammation drugs helpful. Avoid constipation problem by taking high fiber foods like whole grains, oats...etc. Avoid tight cloth.
I hope my guidance is helpful to you.. Take care. Thank you.
