General & Family Physician 's  Response
As cholescystectomy was performed 20 years ago so that organ is not involved at all. This may be due some problem with her stomach or liver. The pain can be due to acidity in stomach. Conduct Complete blood count (CBC) and liver function test (LFT). This will give an idea about the eosinophil level and liver function. If the pain is severe and persisting from long duration conduct abdominal ultrasonography.

Meanwhile for pain take tab. aceclofenac and for acidity take Cap. Omeprazole. For itching take Combination cetrizine and Montelokast.
Hope this will help you.
