General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Brief Answer: As x-ray excluded any bone pathology or injury, nothing to worry about.

Explanation: My opinion is that after moderate or major trauma. Imaging investigations are crucial as to exclude any fatal or major condition that needs intervention. In your daughter condition, most likely muscular pain due to contusions post-traumatic is more likely.

I suggest my patients the following: Hot foments and simple local analgesic. The systemic analgesia may be used in moderate pain. The information provided by you is not sufficient to provide a good opinion. If someone comes to me with this condition I would ask them about superficial injuries or lacerations.

Conclusion: I suggest you simple local analgesics and if no regression happened, check with your physician.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Mahmmad Gamal
