What Causes Pain In The Armpit After Insertion Of A Cardiac Stent?

Hey I m 57 years old and I resentily had a stent put in my heart and was released from the hospital and sent home a week after I was at home I started hurting in under my right arm pit I called my heart doctor and they brought me in to their office for a ultra sound on my right arm and shoulder because that is where they implanted the Stent into my heart anyways they found that I have a Swollen Lymph Node under my right arm pit then they sent me for a CT scan with the die and now I have a appointment with A Doctor Scott who specialises in cancer my question is should I be worried.
