What Causes Pain In The Back And Abdomen While Sitting?
i have been experiencing back and abdominal pain when sitting. it worsens if i have to urinate . i am over 65 a woman and have osteoporosis. the pain often makes me nautious. now the joint pain and stiffness seems to be spreading all over where should i begin to look to find a possible cause?

It may be due to musculoskeletal pain. As a first line management, you can try analgesics like Aceclofenac or Tramadol for pain relief.
If symptoms persist better to consult an orthopaedician and get evaluated. In that case, an MRI scan is required.
