What Causes Pain In The Back And Chest With Bloating Post Exercising?

went to the gym on mon. used the rowing machine. yesterday late afternoon developed pain in back from just below shoulders to just above waist. area targeted for rowing machine also felt like stomach was distended, no dinner and also had pain in upper chest, relieved somewhat by Tylenol. had a fitful nite but slept, some pain today is much less but still there. have had gi discomfort before-take Prilosec 3X/week.gall bladder removed in 1999. latest visit to cardiologist good, lipid profile good. mri check on small ascending aortic aneurysm good. no change in 8 years. no sweating, nausea, pain in arms.

As a first line management you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief.
