What Causes Pain In The Back And Excessive Thirst?

Good day. I am 43. Have a feeling of drinking to much water but is felt only on left side of body. Suffer from paon in back of left shoulder. Heart sometimes feel like pumping to hard. Was at doctor an diagnosis was nothing wrong. I know somethings wrong. Please advise.

Conditions commonly linked to back pain include muscle or ligament strain. Repeated heavy lifting or a sudden awkward movement can strain back muscles and spinal ligaments. If you're in poor physical condition, constant strain on your back can cause painful muscle spasms.
