What Causes Pain In The Back And Lower Abdomen On The Right Side?

I have been having some pain in my back on right side, about in the middle , when this pain starts , my lower abdomen hurts a little ,then my testicles hurt really bad . I left out the part that this all seems to happen after I drink a soft drink ,which I haven t drank in a long time

Hello,

It may be due to renal stone.

For that you may require complete hemogram, urine analysis, ultrasound abdomen after urologist consultation.

Further treatment mainly depends upon the underlying condition.

For pain you can take tablet acetaminophen.

Continue physical therapy.
