Hello,
Since I am unable to examine you directly or take a good history, I'm of the following opinion:
1. At present, all I can say is that it might be a 'gastrointestinal' symptom thus you should contact a
general surgeon [to exclude appendicitis].
2. In Females, consult a Gynecologist for any underlying pathologies like endometriosis, uterine fibroids or
pelvic inflammatory disease [PID].
If after pelvic examination, the doctor suspects an underlying condition, she may order further investigations like MRI, CT, hysteroscopy, laparoscopy since surgery may be needed to remove the abnormal tissue [if any].
3. As the pain is on the right side, ask for
ultrasonography of HBR [hepatobiliary region] for
Amoebic liver abscess and
Cholecystitis.
PS: Pain could be a pleural pathology. [ask for chest x-ray to exclude pleuritis, pleural effusion].
4. Consult a chest specialist who will go for systemic examination and if any chest signs are present, the doctor will ask for imaging scans of the chest with Hb%, WBC, ESR and then will provide proper management [as they can ask more detailed questions on associated symptoms].
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
