What Causes Pain In The Back And On Spine?

I have sharp, intense pain in the middle of my back, on the left side of my spine. I haven t done anything. It started hurting a few hours ago. I also believe that I had a gall bladder attack several hours ago. It was my first one. It has not been a good day for me.

I really appreciate your concern, it may be muscular pain and it can not be gallbladder pain and it can not ruled out without going through certain specific test or at least it may needs clinical examination till then you can try Tab Diclofenac 50 mg once in day, just to rule out the gallbladder pathology ultrasonography test hope this information helps.
