Feeling light headed, vision problems, headache can occur due to cervical spondylosis or similar disorders. This pain from the back of the head can radiate to your hands, associated with tingling and numbness. Similar symptoms can occur with Migraine headache as well, associated with sounds and aura before the headache is to begin.
