What Causes Pain In The Back Of The Eyes?

My 17 year old daughter mentioned a pain in the back of her eye last week. She has her annual appt. on Tues. Tonight when I was talking with her her eyes looked slightly out of synch. It shocked me. Tomorrow is Sun. Should I get her to an emergency eye doctor tomorrow or Mon.? Or is it okay to wait until Tues.? I am now concerned. Thank you for an advice.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I think to wait for your scheduled appointment. Meanwhile, advise not to use a cellphone or other smartphones or tv or computer until you see the doctor's next appointment.

Give her paracetamol for the pain. If the pain will get worse, or the symptoms will worsen, should see her eye doctor as soon as possible.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
