Physical Therapist or Physiotherapist 's  Response
Hello,

MRI is advised.

As you have radiating pain it's lumbar Radiculopathy.

Doing exercises under a guided physiotherapist gives an accuracy of the exercise.

Exercises include - core stability, spinal muscle strengthening exercises, hip muscle strengthening exercises, static hamstring, static Quadriceps, ankle toe movements, straight leg raise, gait correction, adductors, and abductors strengthening.

Your sciatica issue has arisen due to post knee replacement and abnormal gait.

Note please - all exercises mentioned above are on the mat.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Jay Indravadan Patel, Physical Therapist or Physiotherapist
