I am having pain in my right big toe. I was told I had a large bone spur on my heal. My pain and discomfort radiates from my toe all the way up to my knee at times. I also have what I was told a v in my toes. Will over the counter orthodics help?

Hi and welcome to HCM.
In most cases this is caused by diabetic neuropathy if you have diabetes and in iscemic diseases of legs where there is blockage of small arteries and blood flow You should do Doppler ultrasound and check blood sugar to rule these symptoms out and then treatment can be planned.
I hope I ve answered your query.
WIsh you good health. Regards
