What Causes Pain In The Big Toes While Walking?

Both of my Big Toes hurt when I walk. I have feeling in both toes but I do push off heavily on my toes when I walk I walk about 4.5 miles a day. My middle toe on each foot has the same pain . the pain does not keep my from walking but is a distracting feeling when I walk. The pain level is about a 2-3 on a scale on 10 The Dr. I have seen says there is some nerve damage. Your Thoughts

it may be gaut avoid food rich in oxalic acid. take colchicine as specific medication. can take nasids.
