I saw the question today. Not sure about the date.
Proteins level can be physiologically increased after
fever, exercise, walking heavily or a protein rich diet.
Your high protein might be due to any of the above, as the next report was normal.
Pain in the bladder could be due to stone or inflammation/ infection of bladder.
However, your urine report is normal, so infection is ruled out. CAT scan is also normal ruling out any renal pathology.
Probably cause could be superficial
soft tissue injury. If pain is there on pressure, it is soft tissue/muscle probably. 2 weeks rest should reduce the problem. You can take
NSAID pain killers, if it is severe.
