What Causes Pain In The Breasts And Excessive Sleepiness?

yes i am a 30 year old female and am haveing some concerns.. the first is i have recently started lactating and my boobs have been sore and been feeling sick ,been super sleepy but i have been haveing a regular menstral cycle every month should i be concerned that i may actually be pregnant? also within the last 24 hours a recent ex partner came to me and told me that they have recieved test results saying they were positive for hep c and i am wondering if that could be part of the reason i maybe showing symptoms of pregnancy even tho i have haf a regular cycle ? last but not least what does it mean if you eat a excessive amount of ice

Most causes of pain in breast are benign and not serious. There are a number of harmless causes for breast pain and tenderness that may primarily be related to changes in hormone levels. These can include:Menstruation and premenstrual syndrome (PMS), Mastitis, Menopause and Fibrocystic Breast Tissue which is most common. Fibrocystic breasts are not necessarily linked to cancer, and the lumps are fluid filled cysts rather than a mass of cells. However, it is advisable to do breast ultrasound and mammography just to be sure and start regular follow up of possible cysts. In case of redness, fever and progressive pain this may indicate abscess and then it should be surgically drained or evacuated by needle under control of ultrasound.
