What Causes Pain In The Buttocks On The Right Side?

I have pain in my right buttocks that hurts to walk,pain is not shooting anywhere but it hurts to walk. no limited movement. It is painful with movement and tender. I did gardening,I do Ujam and light weights3days ago. I worked 12h and had a busy standing 8 hrs a day sitting only 3-4h during my shift.Aleve 400mg is all I take 2x/day

Probably its just a strain due to stressful condition of your work,I suggest to take a muscle relaxant and try not to make a big strain on your hip joint
