What Causes Pain In The Buttocks Shooting Down To The Leg And Having Difficulty In Standing Up?

I have severe pain in my see of my buttocks pain in my shooting down my leg and my knee hardly stand up. This is been going on for over a month. I have had medication: I also had one of Cortizone but I still have intolerable the pain can you help me I can hardly live this way anymore doctor can you please please help me. Thank you so much

As you have pain in the back radiating to leg you have compression on nerves by vertebra when nerves come out of intervertebral spaces that is termed as lumbago with sciatica.If a patient with this type of complaints i will advise him Tab Diclofenac pottassium peracetamol MR, cap B Complex and cap Omeprazole 20 three times a day. Hard bed rest.Also have an Xray of LumboSacral region done.
