What Causes Pain In The Calf After An Ankle Injury?

I was trying on shoes at DSW. off the sale racks. I attempted to try on a dandelion. Twisted my right leg? Ankle and fell. On my bottom. Now my right calf hurts... Knee some ache ankle okayish. Not sore but compared to my calf I m not sure if my ankle is injured. Embarrassed that I lost my balance. Age 59. Female postmeopausaul only health issue hypothyroid on levothyroxine 175mcg ad.TSH aveage 12.0. But upping my med causes palpitations. Supplements. Probiotics and flonase for runny nose and Snezzing

It could be a contusion only. As of now, you can use analgesics/anti-inflammatory combination like aceclofenac/serratiopeptidase for symptomatic relief. If symptoms persist better to consult an orthopedic and plan for an MRI scan.
