What Causes Pain In The Center Of Chest That Radiates To Neck And Ear?

Hi, I have an aortic bicuspid valve and an aortic aneurysm. The aneurysm is 4.2 cm. I occasionally have angina symptoms but not often. This evening at 6:30, I started with pain in the center of my chest. It also hurts gets really tight in my neck and radiates to my ear. It s usually the right ear. I took a Nitro at 6:30 and at 7:00. I m still having bouts of chest pain and pain in the upper center part of my back and left shoulder blade.

Hi,

You can visit the ER! Echo and ECG are needed to rule out clot etc! Take your medicine as prescribed after you come from the ER. Do learn meditation, it's very good for these problems, continue medicine.
