Hello,
Thank you for trusting HCM.
Getting up from bed will put pressure on your heart to accommodate with the blood pressure changes due to change in posture, feeling dizzy and chest pain sometimes (postural hypo-tension) its advised you visit a cardiologist with your current symptoms as soon as possible.
Best regards,
Dr. Ahmad
