What Causes Pain In The Center Of The Chest And Nipple Soreness?
5 days now I ve experienced a pain in the center of my breast bone and over to my right side of chest level with my nipple it is sore to the touch and hurts to breath in deep breaths, ca ugh or sneeze. I am a 29yr old non smoking male. This morning I thought it was gone sat in a chair and it came back it seems less painful while laying down any ideas?

hi..it could be local muscular pain..take diclofenac tablet for 2 3 days and apply some analgesic gel locally like diclfenac gel ...if it doesnt help consult general physician .
