What Causes Pain In The Centre Of Chest Area?
i am having chest pain i mean centre of the chest is panning much i cant use my hand to pull or push or lift up a thing neighter can move properly ..as beacuse middle of the chest starts paiining any suggestion what to do... before i was mastrubating everyweek :( is that the cause of it??

Pain in central chest region can be due to musculoskeletal pain, disorders of cardiovascular system or disorders of respiratory stsem.
Certain investigations are required before the cause of pain can be determined.
A X-ray chest will be helpful to know status of rib cage and surrounding soft tissue.
An ECG will help to ascertain the status of cardiovascular system.
Masturbating will not probably lead to pain in chest region.
