What Causes Pain In The Centre Of The Chest Radiating To The Temple?

When I drink or eat cold drinks, i.e. Slushies, malts, or eat cold foods, i.e. Ice cream, sherbet, I get extreme pain in the center of my chest which lasts anywhere from 15-45 minutes with pain migrating up the left side of my face to my temple. Should I be concerned or is this normal?
