What Causes Pain In The Chest After An Aortic Valve Replacement?

Hello, In March last year I received a new Aortic Vale (Cow), Synthetic Main Valve (Top Parchal) and a Pacemaker. My chest is still bothersome (sore) had to sleep on my side and the Pacemaker is annoying as well. My question is - How long will my chest annoy me (years?) Peter.

Good day and thank you for posting this question. Sorry about your chest. There is no specific number of years for you to continue feeling this way. It's a psychological thing because it's always on your mind that something is in your chest. Take your mind off it and enjoy yourself and if I was your doctor I will invite a psychologist to see you.
But if pain persists kindly see you Cardiologist for proper workup.
I hope it helps.
Thank you.
