What Causes Pain In The Chest And Back?

My son is 8 years old. he has been complaining for the past 2 days of pain in his chest and back. in his chest he distinguishes from in collar bone down to his sternum in between his ribs. on his back it is the same distance from the base of the neck to about the base of his shoulder blades. He says it is not a sharp pain more of an ache and sometimes it hurts when breathing. He doesn t c/o lightheadedness. But I counted his heart rate at 133 bpm. And his heart is beating hard enough that I can see palpitations on his chest and by his sternum. He also has a low grade fever of 99.9 f. What could this be should I take him to the ER
