What Causes Pain In The Chest And Body?
I have chest pains and some random aches and pains all over my body, my BM were green also. I believe I may be suffering from an infection in my digestive system maybe? I would like to know what it most likely is and if I should seek medical attention as it can be worrying, especially experiencing chest pains when that isn t listed as a common symptom.

Chest pain can be caused by many things. Most often it is something completely benign, e.g. dyspepsia, but you should see a doctor rule out more serious conditions.
