What Causes Pain In The Chest And Heart Accompanied By Tingles?

Hi, Tuesday gone I had a weird feeling in my chest. Now speaking with friends I am scared it might have been a heart attack. I felt sick, it felt like there was a hole in my heart and I had tingles all up my left arm. It lasted for ten minutes. I feel fine now, not sure what my actions should be now

Hello,

How old are you? since when you're suffering from this condition? possible of cardiac pain or non-cardiac pain.

Cardiac pain is evaluated by ECG,2d echocardiogram and angiogram. Non-cardiac pain is diagnosed by chest x-ray, sputum examination and cervical x-ray.

Possible causes are like pneumonia, pleurisy, intercostal muscle pain etc. Please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
