What Causes Pain In The Chest And Jaws?

I am a 51 year old male who is having very strange pains in my chest. I also have smoked for over 30 years. These pains give my jaw an odd feeling also.I. don t know if it s anxiety or what. I also am very tired but push myself. I m a single dad with older teenagers and I don t want to put a strain on them. Could you help me she d some light on my symtoms.

Hi,

Chest pain (central), and radiation in jaw is related with cardiac pain, it can happen in anxiety also.

You have history of smoking about 30 yrs, its a significant risk factor for heart problem.

So, as soon possible contact with a physician for overall evaluation and rule out any heart issue.
