Hello and welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice

Certainly blockages can recur. But since since your TMT is borderline and it appears you don't have chest pain on exertion, less likely that you'll have significant blockage this time needing intervention. Still if there is any doubt regarding TMT you can undergo stress thallium. If stress thallium is positive then angiography can be done to detect blockages. Also regarding precautions, you need to have low fat, low sugar diet, regular exercises like brisk walking. Also take medicine as advised properly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Dr. Sagar Makode
