What Causes Pain In The Chest And Neck While Walking?
My body locked up while walking & talking on the phone. The pain started in the chest cavity & instantly wrapped around my back up the rear of the neck and settled in the back of my head. My ears started ringing and it s painful for me to touch my chin o chest. I have a headache all over my head & neck.

There may be muscular spasm surround neck. Even you may feel discomfort to moving your back. Use antiinflammatory oint sorroud neck for 2-3 times foor few days
