What Causes Pain In The Chest And Neck?

I have pacemaker and some mild/moderate regurgitaion mitral and tricuspid valve, waiting for imminent pacemaker change, voltage turned down and a lot of eptopics with chest pain, but tonight I have a burning pain in the left side of my neck which feels like a vein or artery.. do I need to be concerned.. it seems to be getting worse rather than better over the last 3 hours...

As per your history, It may be referred pain due to any cardiac pathology as it goes on worsoning. Kindly consult to ER immediately for detailed examination and proper treatment. Now you can take tab. Tylenol. Apply diclofenac gel or ointment.
