I went to hospital with chest pain last week had D Dimer raised result had contrast ct scan that came back clear i was on holiday so was told to follow up with gp at home still have back pain and pain behind my knee should i get the test done again hate wasting doctors time

Most common causes of back pain are muscle spasms or spondylosis.
Knee pains can be arthritic or mechanical traumatic.
